Lady Gaga's promising some big things from her upcoming album ARTPOP and slowly but surely those tidbits are being revealed. Before she changed six times while performing at the MTV VMAs Sunday night, she clued everyone in on a collaboration on the new record — one that's a "big f***ing deal."
